How do I pay?
At this time, we ONLY accept Interac email transfer payments for Mail Orders.
Please send an interac eTransfer using the following details after you place your order.
Do not use any words related to Marijuana, Weed, Cannabis, Toke, etc. when sending you eTransfer.
Include your ORDER NUMBER in the message section of your eTransfer :
Send E transfer / Email Address : email@example.com
Message: (include the order number that is emailed to you after you place your order)
Your order will be processed after we receive your payment.
Please note that if you forget to include your order number in the interac eTransfer we may not be able to confirm that your order was paid for even if the payment was accepted and your order may not be shipped.
How do I send an Interac E-transfer?
If you use online banking with a Canadian bank/credit union, then sending an Interac E-transfer takes just a couple of minutes. Google and Youtube is a great tool and if you search “your bank name” + Interac E-transfer in Google.ca, you should easily find instructions on how to send a transfer with your financial institution. I’ve sent my E-transfer. What next?
You will receive an email that mentioning our team is packing your order. If you do not find the email please check your spam folder and whitelist our email address.
You will receive another email containing a tracking number once we have shipped your package. It takes a couple of hours for the numbers to be processed, so if your tracking number doesn’t work try again in a few hours.
Payment Fee for Same day Delivery. At this time, we ONLY accept Cash payments for same day delivery. Delivery fees depend on delivery area. Signup today and you will be informed when we have other Payment solutions available.
How do you package my shipment?
We understand the need to be discreet so your package will arrive in generic and unlabeled boxes or envelopes via Canada Post. Items are vacuum-sealed to protect freshness and to prevent odours from escaping. Our priority is to maintain your privacy.
How much is shipping?
Mail delivery orders are $20 shipping for orders $100-149. Orders $150 or more qualifies for Free Shipping (Xpress Shipping) Excluding British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan: $20 delivery fee for Xpress Shipping (2-3 business days delivery). Free delivery for regular shipping orders
When will you ship my package?
Orders will be processed same day if your payment is received by 10am PST Monday to Friday.
Why don’t you ship on weekends?
At Toke safety and quality are paramount. We do not drop packages off to be shipped from Friday to Sunday as Canada Post does not move packages on weekends. We do this to avoid your package sitting in an uncontrolled warehouse over the weekend.
Can you guarantee that my package will arrive after ordering?
On very rare occasions, packages sent in the mail do go missing, but that applies to every industry and to ensure mistakes, we highly recommend you use a mailing address that only you have access to receive products. If your order does not arrive, please do not hesitate to contact us!
Do you ship Medical Marijuana outside of Canada?
We do not ship out of Canada.
How long will I have to wait for medical marijuana to arrive?
It takes 24 hours to process your payment (longer from Friday – Sunday)
We only process shipments from Monday – Thursday 9 am – 3 pm PST
We ship all orders with 2-day XpressPost. Depending on where you live, your package could take anywhere from 1-3 business days to be delivered, longer for rural areas.
What happens if my package doesn’t get delivered?
If your tracking number shows as not being delivered 3 days after the expected arrival date, let us know. Contact us with your order number and our team will be happy to help you solve any shipping issue.
*We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues.
Why did the price of a product change?
All prices are subject to change with notice.
Because the market is so drastically changing with the new legislation our New Products are sold at introductory prices that may not reflect the final price. We do not offer refunds for price changes on products.
How do I get a refund?
